Hi, I purchased the beautiful bundle for a gift. The fabric is VERY SOFT. This will work well for a female or male dog. The gold hardware makes the harness sparkle and leash sparkle. I have a red velvet leash to provide with this blue bundle. The red leash adds a nice accent color for 4th of July or Valentine’s Day (week in our dogs world).
