Our return / exchange policy
We are confident that you will love your purchase. However, if you are not satisfied with your products, you may ask for a refund. All products except human apparel (t-shirts, sweatshirts, beanies, joggers etc.) are eligible for a return within 30 days of fulfillment. The refund will be done on the original method of payment.
Please note that there is a restocking fee of $8 for every return. You will be sent a return label by email once your return has been approved.
All returned products must be in excellent condition. The products cannot be damaged, soiled, chewed up and not show any signs of wear and tear. Returns will be subject to inspection.
Please note that items purchased during a sale event (Black Friday, Boxing Day, Warehouse Sale) cannot be refunded. Items purchased with a discount code can be refunded.
If you wish to exchange your item for a different size or color, you must return the item ordered back to our warehouse to be processed for a return. You can then place a new order for the item in the desired size/color.
We allow one return per order. All returned/exchanged items are final.

How to return your items:Here are the steps to follow to return your items to our warehouse by mail:
- Click here to start a return.
- Once your return is approved, pack all the returned items in the original packaging or in a box of your choice.
- Include a copy of your order confirmation and RMA #.
- Attach the prepaid shipping label we sent you on the package.
- Drop off the package at an authorized drop-off location near you.
