SHIPPING

When will my order ship?

For the dog accessories, please allow between 3-5 business days for processing of your order to be packed and shipped!

For the human apparel, please allow up 10-15 business days for the printing and fulfilment of your order. However, our printing facility is currently experiencing delays as they are putting cleanliness and the safety of its employees as a top priority. The human apparel items may take longer to fulfill.

Your order might arrive in separate packages due to the fact that we have multiple fulfilment centres (in Canada and in the US).

Do you ship worldwide?

Yes, we ship worldwide! We recommend shipping with tracking for international orders (outside of Canada and US).

We offer flat-rate shipping on all orders.

*** Cavology is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Once packages leave our warehouse, we are no longer responsible. 
In case something happens with your package, you may reach out to the carrier to open a service ticket.

Which carrier do you use?

For orders going to Canada or the US, we are currently using Canada Post.

We ship everything by Canada Post when your order ships from our fulfilment centre in Canada going to international destinations. The carrier might be different if your order ships out from our fulfilment center in the US.

If you are ordering from outside of Canada, your package will be transferred to your country’s local carrier service. For example, our packages are transferred to USPS once they cross over to the US.


How long does it take to receive my package?

Shipping to the US or Canada takes between 5-10 business days to arrive to destination. For international orders, expect your package within 10-15 business days. Shipping carriers are currently experiencing global delays due to the pandemic and volume during the pandemic. These shipping estimates may vary.

Please note that these are just estimated delivery standards and your package may arrive sooner or later.

We highly recommend choosing shipping with tracking to ensure you know where your package is at all times! If there are any issues with delivery, only packages with tracking may be investigated. We will be unable to know where your package is without tracking, or why it is late. Shipping with tracking is also faster!

Do you ship to PO boxes?

Yes, to Canadian or US PO boxes only.


How much duty will I have to pay?

We're unable to supply estimated duties and taxes as this information will vary by country. Please note that if you place an order online, the customer is responsible for all duties, taxes and customs charges.

What are the accepted methods of payment?

We accept payments by credit card, PayPal and Afterpay



What currency is the site in?

By default, all our items are listed and charged in USD. You may select the currency at the top of our page for easier navigation.



Can I cancel my order?

We cannot make any changes to your order once it is submitted.

Cleaning instructions:

ROPE LEASHES:

If your leash gets dirty, simply use cold water with a little bit of dish soap to spot clean the area. Hang to dry. The colour of your leash may fade with excessive washing or excessive scrubbing. 

Do not machine wash or tumble dry. Rope leashes are not intended for rough play. 

Disclaimers: 

1- As all leashes are dyed in different batches, colors may slightly vary from the listed photos due to lighting and dyeing conditions.

2- We are not responsible for regular wear and tear of the leashes.

3- PLEASE do not use the leash if your dog has chewed on any parts of the cotton. The leash is braided and will unravel once it is damaged. 

5- To preserve the longevity of your leash, please refrain from letting it drag on the ground. Think of your cotton leash as a cotton tshirt. If you let a tshirt drag on the ground, it might dirtier faster and damaged over time.


HARNESSES / WASTE BAG DISPENSERS AND VINYL LEASHES: 

Wash on delicate cycle in a garment bag. Hang to dry. 

LUXE HARNESSES AND LEASHES: 

Wipe with a disinfectant wipe. Or spray disinfectant spray onto paper towel and clean your luxe harness and/or leash!

DOG APPAREL (hoodies, jackets, snoods):

Machine wash cold on delicate. Hang to dry. 


HUMAN APPAREL: 

Follow the directions on the apparel's label for cleaning instructions. 

NOTE: red sweatshirts may bleed!
