We are looking for an administrative & operations manager to join our team.

Cavology is a dog accessories e-commerce business that saw light from Instagram. We ship dog accessories to dog lovers and owners mainly to the US, Canada and international locations. Cavology is a modern e-commerce business with a small team. The brand was started by Herky and Milton, the Cavaliers of Instagram! By joining the company, you will be greeted by them almost everyday with tail wags and kisses :) Come join our team for a fun and unique experience!

The administrative & operations manager we are looking for will oversee all the administrative tasks and the online operations of Cavology.

Tasks (but not limited to):
- sort, forward and answer customer service emails
- find creative solutions for customer inquiries when needed
- general administrative tasks
- create Shopify listings for new products
- update inventory online
- oversee new product launches
- oversee the fulfilment process (picking, packing and shipping)
- work closely with the warehouse team and the management team

- multi tasking skills
- proficiency in English (written and oral)
- comfortable with social media platforms: Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Shopify
- knowledge of the following or ability to learn quickly (e-comm softwares): Gmail, Google Drive, Shopify, Canada Post shipping program, Shippo

Status: full time
*Monday to Friday from 9AM to 5PM at our Delson warehouse location.

Salary: $20/hour
